Welcome to St Mary's Primary School!

With a dedicated staff, excellent facilities and an innovative curriculum, St Mary's is well regarded in the community and together with St Joseph's Secondary College provides Echuca with a magnificent Catholic school tradition from P - 12.

At St Mary’s we take great pride in our school, its welcoming atmosphere, its open invitation for all to be involved, our educational philosophy and our teaching and learning practice. Our school vision commits us to service within the Catholic tradition and to providing each student the opportunity to develop individual talent.

Dear Parents, Friends and Guardians,

Next week staff will be attending the Diocesan Conference, “Re-Imaging the Mission” on Thursday the 24th and Friday the 25th of May. The school will be closed. This is an ideal opportunity to enhance our identity. This is a significant event and it is a time to celebrate, both Sandhurst Diocese and Catholic Education. All staff from St. Mary’s will join with up to 1800 other school community members to participate in nominated workshops, listen to quality keynote speakers, and attend Liturgy. We have staff from St. Mary’s presenting workshops titled "Preparing Sacramental Nights for Parents” (Christine Sebire), "Drawing is..." (Bronwyn Beer) and “ Engagement, Edmodo and Evidence” (Josephine Quinlan and Brady Threlfall). Icongratulate them on having the skills and the willingness to share with others in the Diocese. We should be very pleased that we have staff of such quality at St Mary's.
